What an anti-climatic and disappointing production. Theatre of Eternal Values promise to shed new light on the Faust legend by getting to the essence of Goethe's philosophy. Not being able to hear Faust himself due to the noisy air conditioning was a bit of a blow, though the actor himself was largely to blame. In reality however, a narrative that was completely unclear from the beginning is lost in an obscure sea of nothingness punctuated by absurdity. It seems to me that the show has immortalised only shoddy acting technique and lost narrative. 16
