This is a very decent stab at David Mamet's play, also a great film, about the cut-throat world of real estate salesmen. In a sales office, four colleagues compete to get the deals that will earn them their commission and bonuses. The overseer/administrator Williamson who gives them their leads and processes their contracts is regarded with contempt but also with fear.

All four salesmen complain about the injustice of how they are dealt with while cajoling and begging Williamson to treat them more favourably. There is continual griping about the poor quality of the leads they are given to follow up. Then suddenly one night there is a break-in at the office and everyone comes under suspicion of having stolen the premium quality leads. The venality and greed of modern corporate culture is exposed as the tension mount and the characters confront each other.

The direction is impressively tight with good performances from each of the cast. Simon Mirza particularly shines as Richard Roma the character immortalised in the film version by Al Pacino. This is a good production of a great play, a winning combination.
