Alexandru Anton is a Romanian psychology graduate. He is currently conducting a one-manned research entitled “Optimum parameters for oscillating between the familiar and the groundbreaking” and knows himself well for establishing an expression-encouraging atmosphere for all his research inner colleagues.

A miniature battlefield

As the back story of the Kosovo war is only roughly sketched out in this unfinished film, the two parties coming together in the village are invested with freedom and personality, much as the intensity of a game of chess is exacerbated by the contrast with the quiet and gluey-rigid audience.
